Getting to the Athenian Riviera
By air
The closest airport is Athens International Airport (ATH).
Our celebrations will take place along the beautiful Athenian Riviera, with Glyfada and Vouliagmeni approximately a 30-minute drive from the airport, depending on traffic.
Once you arrive, Uber and taxis are both readily available and are the easiest way to reach your accommodation.

A Little Note on Booking
All wedding rates are subject to availability, and prices vary with your dates and room type, so we'd recommend booking early to get your first-choice hotel.
Please check each hotel's payment and cancellation terms before you confirm. We haven't reserved any rooms on guests' behalf, so you'll need to book your own.

Getting Around
Taxis & Ride-Hailing
Uber and local taxis run throughout Athens and along the coast, so getting between your hotel, the beach and the city is easy.
The ones we'd recommend:

On the wedding day, we'd suggest booking your journey to and from the venue in advance, especially if you're staying further along the coast.

Good to know
The Weather
Late August in Athens is hot and sunny, often above 30°C. Pack light layers, sunglasses, a hat and plenty of sun cream.
Money
Greece uses the euro (€). Cards are widely accepted, but it's handy to carry a little cash for taxis, tips and beach bars.
Plugs
Sockets are the two-pin European type (C and F, 230V). Bring an adaptor if you're travelling from the UK or US.
